helpful.app is operated by HomeSwerv LLC, an Ohio limited liability company and part of the ReinvestLife platform network. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through helpful.app and its tools.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not share your data outside the HomeSwerv Network of platforms. We use what you tell us to provide the tool you asked for, and — if you opted in — to send you useful follow-up resources. That's it.
Tool usage data: When you use a calculator or tool, we collect the inputs you enter and the results generated. This data is anonymized and aggregated — it helps us understand what tools are most useful and what we should build next. No individual is identifiable from this data.
Email address (optional): If you choose to receive a PDF of your results or sign up for updates, we collect your email address. This is always optional. Results are always shown first. We never hide results behind an email gate.
Ideas Lab submissions: If you submit a tool idea, we collect the idea description and your optional name and email. These are used only to follow up if we build what you suggested.
Analytics: We use Fathom Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track individuals across websites. We see aggregate traffic data — not individual user data.
Tier 1 — White label business leads: If you use a tool branded by a third-party business (a real estate agent, insurance broker, etc.), your information goes to that business. helpful.app does not retain it.
Tier 2 — Anonymous market intelligence: Aggregated, PII-free usage signals that help us understand market patterns. Never tied to an individual. Never sold or shared outside the HomeSwerv Network.
Tier 3 — Consented individual data: If you opted in by leaving your email, your information is shared only within the HomeSwerv Network platforms (helpful.app, HomeSwerv, CallLegend, LocalGift, GuidesWay, 2weekAI). Never outside the network. Never sold.
Data is stored in Supabase, a PostgreSQL-based cloud database with row-level security. Individual email captures are accessible only to authenticated staff. Anonymous usage data is stored separately with no individual identifiers.
You may request deletion of your data at any time. Email hello@helpful.app with the subject "Data Deletion Request." We will process within 30 days.
